Augustine Audu Enenche SAN, is a passionate, driven and talented Legal practitioner. He hails from Oplegba, Ugboju-Icho, Otukpo Local Government Area of Benue State.

He started his education at Saint Boniface Primary School, Idah, Kogi State from 1984 to 1988 and concluded same in 1990. Upon finishing his primary school education, Augustine Audu attended Governmant Day Secondary School Nyanya, Abuja for his JSS classes and later finished his secondary school education from Adoka Community Secondary School, Adoka in 1995. Upon graduation from secondary School, he secured admission into Benue State University, Markudi where he initially obtained a Diploma in Law from 1997 – 1998.

Following this, he continued his legal education at the same institution from 1999 to 2004 where he obtained an LLB Degree in Law. He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School for the 1 year advanced Legal education course before being called to Bar in 2006.

Following his call to the Nigerian Bar in 2006, he began his legal practice immediately at the Law Firm of Chief Seun Akinbiyi SAN & Co between 2006 and 2009 before proceeding for further studies in the United Kingdom. Between 2009 and 2010, he acquired an LLM in Corporate Governance and Law/ICSA from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom. On his return from the United Kingdom, he joined the firm of Falana & Falana’s Chambers where he worked from 2011 to 2016 directly under the tutelage of Mr Femi Falana SAN.

Later on in 2016, he established Lawlinks Legal Practitioners; Barristers, Solicitors, Legal Consultants & Notary Public, and became its Principal and managing Partner till date. The firm is located at 23 Sunmola Street, Mende, Maryland, Ikeja, Lagos State. He has nurtured the firm from its infantry to what it is today after several years of consistent pursuit for growth and development.

Augustine Audu SAN belongs to various professional bodies including: Nigerian Bar Association, Nigeria Bar Association Section on Legal Practice, International Bar Association, Institute of Chattered Secretary Administration UK, Institute of Debt Recovery Practitioners of Nigeria, Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee Section on Legal Practice, Litigation Committee Section on Legal Practice, Law Firm management Committee Section on Legal Practice, member institute of debt recovery practitioner of Nigeria. He was appointed Notary Public by the Chief Justice of Nigeria in 2014 and was also appointed Bondsman by the Chief Judge of Lagos State in 2021.

In recognition of his hard work and impact in the legal profession, Augustine Audu SAN was conferred with the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria by Legal Practitioners Privileges Committee in 2025. As part of the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibilities we give back to the society by taking up several probono cases to impact the lives of indigent people and promote zero or no cost access to justice for those in need. With his thriving Law Firm, he has also provided a platform for Lawyers at all levels by providing mentorship programs and a place to kick start their law practice. Through his leadership, the Firm has lived up to its name “LAWLINKS” in this regard.
