Mary Paul-Agada is an experienced Corporate Lawyer with a diverse professional background spanning various fields alongside her legal practice since being called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2007.

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Benue State University and subsequently completed her legal education at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos.

Mary is highly skilled in contract management, including contract negotiation, drafting, and review, ensuring that agreements are legally sound and aligned with the specific needs of businesses. She provides legal advisory services to companies on matters relating to business operations, helping organizations maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supporting business continuity and stability.

Currently, she serves as Counsel in Chambers at Lawlinks Legal Practitioners, a full-service law firm committed to providing top-tier legal services and solutions to individuals and organizations. In addition to her role at Lawlinks, she acts as Legal Representative to various corporate clients, offering strategic legal guidance, support, and advisory services to facilitate effective business operations.

Mary also brings extensive corporate experience gained from many years of working with multinational organizations, enabling her to combine legal expertise with practical business insight in delivering value-driven solutions to clients.
